If a product offered by Blue Lotus itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Product Availability
Blue Lotus specializes in individually handmade inspirational items for home and office. As such, we are unable guarantee the availability of an item ordered, especially in larger quantities. Upon receiving an order exceeding our inventory level, we will immediately contact the artist to determine whether the product is readily available through the artist and, if so, we will ship the order immediately upon receipt from the artist. If the item is not readily available from the artist, we will immediately contact you and provide you with an estimate of availability. Should you place an order for a quantity significantly exceeding our normal inventory levels requiring us to place a special order with the vendor, we reserve the right to charge a 15% service shoulld you subsequently cancel or return the order.
Pricing
With respect to items sold by Blue Lotus, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Blue Lotus.
