- Then, you think about a plan that would best address and resolve the situation.
The apps turn this strategy into a game. There is a monster you can help calm down by tapping on it and breathing with it.
You can pop the bubbles to help the monster think, with the next step being helping the monster choose a plan. There are just five interactive activities, so it’s a great and simple game for age regression to a young age.

Writing Wizard (Android/iOS)
Writing Wizard is a fun app that helps kids learn how to write. As an adult, you can use it to revert to the time when you were a small child still learning how to write.
You will be tracing letters and “learning” how to write them, choosing from 50 different stickers and colored pencils to draw with. It supports 10 fonts, so you can switch things up a bit.
You can even collect stars in the Five Stars game mode.
There is not much else to do, and the simplicity of it is what makes it such a perfect app for age regression. Part of age regression is, after all, going back to a simpler time in life.

Sandbox Pixel Coloring (Android/iOS)
Sandbox Pixel Coloring is an app that is designed for young children to learn how to color. It is like a coloring book but in an app.
It breaks down images, such as a heart, lips, cat, fruit, and other images, into pixels and squares that children can color. You can even turn images from your phone’s gallery into pixel art.
I like Sandbox Pixel Coloring for age regression because it requires very little thinking. All you need to do is draw!
Age Regression Games for 2-5 Years Old
This section will focus on age regression games designed for children of ages 2-5. These games are perfect if you want to revert to a young age but with some additional mental stimulation.
Dogotchi (Android/iOS)
Dogotchi is a virtual pet simulator that allows you to take care of a virtual pet dog right on your phone’s screen. You start by choosing from three dog breeds.
Your job will be to take care of the pet until it reaches adulthood. Once you raise two pets to adulthood, three more will be unlocked.
Every dog has a set of mini-games. You will be doing things like cleaning, feeding, and otherwise taking care of your special pet.

Peppa’s Paintbox

Then, you will get access to a virtual painting canvas, along with a toolbox on the right side, which contains various brushes, magical wands (that allow you to add stars or other things to the canvas), and other painting tools.
It’s a nice and cute game that allows you to be creative in a simple way. Feel like you are a child again with Peppa’s Paintbox.
Sweet Home Stories (Android/iOS)
Sweet Home Stories is a virtual doll house that allows you to play house and create your own family stories for your home sweet home. You can cook delicious and nutritious meals for your family, put your kids to bed, make breakfast, clean the house, do laundry, and more.
There are dozens of activities to do and hundreds of virtual objects to play with in the seven rooms of this virtual house. Rooms include the kitchen, bathroom, parents’ room, living room, backyard, front yard, and children’s room.
There are six members of the family, each with their own personality. The members include the parents, a cat, and the three children, whom you must take care of, helping them brush their teeth, feeding them on time, putting them to bed and waking them up, teaching them rules, establishing daily routines, and more.
I like this game because it gives you responsibilities but in a fun and fake way.
Hello Kitty Friends (Android/iOS)
Hello Kitty Friends is an app that provides puzzle and gameplay opportunities with Hello Kitty and other friends, including Kuromi and My Melody.
You can collect costumes, invite friends over to the house, and even combine three friends to create a new friend! The graphics are amazing, and there are plenty of gameplay boosts to help you enhance your playing experience.

Ice Cream Jump (Android/iOS)
Ice Cream Jump is a fun video game designed for kids and perfect for adults looking for age regression games.
Your goal is to help the friendly dessert reach new heights. This ice cream scoop has cute eyes, and you control it, helping it jump to new places, dodge mean flies that want to eat it, and grab stuff to boost your score.
The jumping and dodging is fun, and you can collect power ups on your journey and even customize your character with thousands of different combinations.
Age Regression Games for 5-7 Years Old

I like Miffy’s World for age regression because every day, you can take some time to regress and just lose yourself in Miffy’s little world.

It also allows you to express your creativity, as you can paint and color stuff with Miffy.
Dr. Panda’s Games
Dr. Panda is not a real doctor but a producer of video games for children, based in China. On the site, you can find Dr. Panda’s games.
Dr. Panda Town is a game with over 35 locations for you to explore, such as Princess Castle, where you can dance your evenings away, or the Treehouse, where you can play board games. There is the Spooky Mansion with all kinds of spooky surprises, a baby monster you have to set free, and more interesting and fun activities.
Go to the arcade to play games and collect tickets, or head to the subway and ride the train to different locations. There are malls where you can go shopping for things like toys or clothes, a nursery where you can take care of babies, and a stall where you can take care of cute ponies and take them out for a ride!

You will be given a Pokémon Egg to take care of, which will eventually hatch to reveal a real Pokémon. You can take care of your Pokémon with the Pokémon Grooming activity.
The Search the Stars activity, meanwhile, involves searching for and finding a Pokémon in the night sky.
There are no reading or math skills required, though, which is good if you want a simple age regression game without much thinking involved.
